Product is great BUT the setup is NOT clear

I am a huge cheapo when it comes to subcontracting jobs like this so I took it upon myself to set it up. Here are my findings: I find that the installation manual did NOT give as much detail as it should have before this product was delivered. It only tells you need a hot and cold-water hose for washer cold water hose for the dryer and connecting supply hose. That is it. As for the diagram for each part it does not match the part listed in the page after. Not confusing at all I am being sarcastic. After getting what I thought I only needed the actual installation manual is provided I later find out the gas input is only 3/8 diameter. That is super tiny. The smallest orderable gas supply hose and valve is . So I had to get a female-female fitter that converts from 3/8 to . On top of that my gas supply was . Oh this was really fun because I had to go to the hardware store again and get another fitter that converts to . After going to Lowes multiple times and started to learn about my go-to salespersons personal life I find the installation steps for this product unclear and confusing. The product itself is great and turbo fast but the setup that made it that way was terrible. I also learned the thing is HEAVY so when you when to level it yourself I recommend getting another person to help Side note the dryer needs a 4 diameter semi-rigid duct.

Huge capacity and much quieter

I had to replace an old unit in a very small space and this was the only device which fit within my very tight constraints and matched the capacity of the older unit. Once I got it though it does far more than I expected went from three to two loads at a time and it is so much quieter than my old unit. I highly recommend.
