We had our new LG refrigerator put in on the 18th of April 2023 and by 28th of April 2023 it had quit working. Jeannes Appliance came out and said it is the mother board was no longer working. It is May 22 2023 and our refrigerator is still not working.

We bought this refrigerator about a month ago and it has passed our expectations. There is ample room for anything you want. The light inside the refrigerator and freezer are nice and bright. We got the refrigerator in black and it is a very nice addition. You can not go wrong purchasing this refrigerator.

This was not an expensive refrigerator but I expected it to work. It keeps blowing the circuits and when I call I get the run around between Standard TV and Appliances and LG. I am very frustrated with their willingness to take care of the situation. My customers have issues and I take care of them. Nuff said.

6 months after purchase both shelves cracked and collapsed. I have been in contact numerous times with customer service to no avail. They say they will take care of problem immediately but nothing is done. It has been a month now that I have a useless refrigerator. Have to keep food in cooler in basement. Dont believe their claims to good service or quality products.

Im sure this will not be used. I purchased refrigerator and the delivery crew claimed that they could not bring inside although dimensions were identical to current refrigerator. They took it back 1/3/23 to return to vendor. They claim its been returned LG claims it hasnt. Thats between them. I should not have to wait this long for a refund. Very disappointed. May have to contact an attorney.

We bought this LG refrigerator when our old one broke down. The quality and price was very good. We had a shelf to brake but it was really our own fault due to how we placed the shelf and how much weight was on it. We moved our heavier things to the bottom shelf and we changed how we had the shelves.

I purchased this refrigerator and it was delivered on Nov 11th of 2022. The ice maker was missing parts and could not be installed. 3 weeks later a new ice maker was delivered and not installed. I had to wait until today 12/6 for installation. Come to find out this model does not support an ice maker per the installation people. Im now sitting here with a fridge and a worthless ice maker. As per the advertisements via LG and Home Depot this fridge would support Ice Maker as advertised. I would like to have someone contact me and fix this issue.

Less than a year old and I think it has Freon leak. Cant find anybody to do warranty work on LG product. LG customer service gave me 2 names 1 out of business and the other wont return calls. Wont by LG frig again

I bought this 5 months ago and it is already not working properly. The refrigerator wont get cold enough to keep food safe to eat. The freezer is freezer burning everything. My food and milk keeps going bad very quickly. Ive been emailing and calling LG for help for over a week and still have not been helped. Ive been trying to be patient but broke down in tears today. I have to put my meat and milk in a mini fridge instead of this practically brand new refrigerator that I bought a few months ago. I wish I could give a good review but this is a terrible experience and I just cant. I hope to have a better refrigerator soon or a refund to go buy a better one.

After a power outage due to a bad storm and cleaning out my old fridge I decided it was time for a new one. I am glad I did. The black color now matches my other appliances. I have only so much space under my cabinets and the this one fits perfectly. Simple design but very convenient and great new look in my kitchen. Thanks LG

Ive had my new refrigerator for 3 or 4 weeks now. Ive had no issues and Im very happy with it. I live alone so its just the right size for me. I had issues with a name brand oven that I bought 5 years ago and asked my daughter for suggestions and she said LG. she was right.

I love my refrigerator but unfortunately a piece that surrounds the top shelf cracked not long after purchase. It has been very hard trying to get a replacement which should have been covered under the 1 year warranty.

purchased with icemaker addition. Home Depot required me to get plumber to hook up icemaker. No ice produced and it took self help with online LG support plus in person repair to fix it. Simple fix at back base a connection was loose not allowing water to enter icemaker. Nice looking unit cools fine. Wish it had been connected correctly at manufacturer would have saved me effort of multiple repair requests.

The pros:
The LG Refrigerator/Freezer runs very quiet maintains an even temperature and fits perfectly into the kitchen space.
The Cons:
The refrigerator door is so low to the floor that we have to step back and to the side to open it so that we dont catch our toes under the bottom of the door.
We have to bend down to see into the refrigerator/the top shelf . If the refrigerator were 2 inches higher it would make a big difference. Our previous Refrigerator/Freezer which was the same size that we had for almost 30 years did not have these issues.

Ive had this fridge for 3 months. It has never worked properly. Its a terrible design. I bought it because it was the only one I could afford. Im on some expensive medication that has to be kept below a certain temperature and Ive lost thousands just from the loss of the meds. Please dont make the same mistake I did. Dont buy this fridge thinking youre getting a great deal.

The extra capacity in a 20 cu. ft. refrigerator is very welcome. The large capacity clear shelving on the door is fantastic as they hold a large number of items and yet it is still easy to find what we are looking for. All in all we are very happy with this purchase

When I ordered my top freezer refrigerator t did take awhile to get to me. After Lowes was able to deliver haul away my old broken fridge and bring in this new one I was happy. It looked great and couldnt wait to use. I plugged it in and waited to the few hours before placing items inside. I noticed that the Temperature Control Adjust led wasnt on the factory setting. So I pressed the button to shift the temperature down....it did nothing. I pressed harder and the led light didnt shift or turn the fridge off like it has the option to do so. I waited till the next day thinking maybe it just needed some time. In the meantime the fridge portion was so cold it was freezing my milk eggs and sodas. I am unplugged the fridge for hours to try and reset. Didnt work. I held the Temp Control Adjust button for 10seconds it turned off turned on about a minute later but still didnt let me adjust the Temp inside the fridge. I turned the freezer temp controll rotary switch al the way down to see if it could help with the overcooling and overworking that this unit was doing. Nope things still freeze in the fridge portion. I called LG about it and put in a repair request after registering my fridge. That was on the 22nd of March I still have no repair tech coming cuz there are none and have no idea what LG will do now....its all still pending after sending my proof purchase...So upset that I got a lemon that was crappy of the very first day or maybe Lowes warehouse dropped it before idk

We had to send back the first refrigerator that was delivered due to cosmetic blemishes on the exterior. The one we kept was in great shape and were glad we bought it. It is black so it looks nice. We hardly hear it running because its so quiet.
