I had the icon dishwasher before this when we built our house. LOVED IT. It had LOTs of space with the 2 standard tiers and they were adjustable. Got a new one, another one of their top models however this one has the third tier at the top. Not a fan AT ALL. It™™s hardly useful without spatulas etc hitting the top and not fitting. Then the third tier took space away from the rest of the dishwasher racks and my normal size dinner plates won™™t fit without the fan above them hitting it. Therefore - not working properly. I™™m so irritated. So, yes, I figured out I can adjust the middle rack to move up and allow space for my plates, but now my typical 16oz glasses will not fit on the main top rack. Ridiculous design. I am soooo irritated with my dishwasher not fitting basic dishes now the way a standard dishwasher should. What a pain. Don™™t fall for the glamour of a 3rd rack! You™™ll pay for it elsewhere, trust me.

Overall happy with its performance. Super simple to use. Love the racks. Top rack is something I never knew I'd need and end up loving in a dishwasher. The only issue I have with this particular dishwasher is the light on the inside came loose/ detached which allowed water to get into the basin/ internal area just 3 months into having it. While it was a fairly simple fix, if it continues to happen it'll be terribly inconvenient because you have to remove the dishwasher to fix it. If not for this, I would give an easy 5 stars.

I like the look and function of this dishwasher. It cleans well and I'm already in love with the third rack to use for long utensils and small, flatter items. Occasionally there is a squeaking/rubbing sound during operation and the bottom rack is sometimes a little bit awkward to roll back into the interior, but due to the warranty I'm not too concerned about getting it tracked down or fixed. I know Electrolux and Furniture and Appliance Mart will take care of me and my concerns. This machine also has one of the best drying cycles I've ever had in a dishwasher.

Purchased this dishwasher less than a year ago from PC Richards and it broke. Their service team has visited our home 3 TIMES and cannot fix it and they are not giving us a credit. We replaced this after dealing with issues with a competitor™™s brand that needed 2 control boards in 2 years, a wiring harness and a drain pump. We™™d had enough. We wanted something quiet that cleaned the dishes well, and this dishwasher does exactly that! My previous one had a third rack that made it so you could hardly fit anything on the second rack, including my tall glasses and wine glasses so we took it out and never used it. This one, we can still fit everything on the second rack while utilizing that third rack for knives, serving utensils, etc. I love the fact that it has a quick wash cycle, sometimes you just need a load done quickly - while it doesn™™t dry them it™™s still come in handy a few times. We™™ve used all the settings now and this dishwasher gets the dishes squeaky clean! And the interior light is a feature I never knew I needed in a dishwasher but I can™™t imagine another dishwasher without it.

If it were better than my other Electrolux Dishwasher, I would have given it 5 starts. They have cheapened the shelves and the washing mechanism. The enter shelf needs to be put all the way back in, instead of being forced into rubber pieces. Just more to go wrong. Although the 30 minute wash times is nice, a 45 minute wash time would be more efficient. Every time I lightly touch the controls, it wants to set for that wash cycle. Make the controls less touchy. Dryer doesn't work on 30 minute cycle.

Great quality and layout, lighted interior is great, spray arms are impressive, and program selection is simple and nice. Only hiccups are rolling the racks in/out is a little "catchy" sometimes, the spacing on the top utensil tray is a little tough for thicker handled utensils, and the time display on the program selector can be a little misleading with air-dry. Other than that very happy with the purchase. Performance so far has been great.

The machine functions as it should. Unfortunately, the two side trim pieces were missing upon delivery. The retailer advised to contact Electrolux. Electrolux advised it would cost $280 for replacements. We purchased a range, refrigerator, microwave/convection and two dishwashers.

Great looking dishwasher both inside and out.Fits a lot of dirty plates and utensils. I haven't even needed to use the top shelf.Inside light is a wonderful feature that I didn't know I needed, as is the projected lighted dot at the bottom that lets you know when the dishwasher is working and when it is done.Very happy so far.

We purchased this to replace our whirpool and I have to say that I wasn't super impressed. Aesthetically, very sleek and looks great to match our other appliances. Inside, we were pleased to find a lot of different options for organizing dishes. However, the only drawback is that this dishwasher's dryer function is subpar. There are times it dries fairly well and others when it's not dry at all, despite being on the same settings. I think for the price, we were disappointed.

The only mode you'll need to ensure the glasses are water marks free is STEMWARE and MAX DRY. All other options would leave your glassware looking sadly tarnished.The bottom rack is high enough for large plates up to 12" in diameter, but they need to be placed at an angle.There no EXPRESS CYCLE, which usually does a good job and saves you time and money.I ordered this unit online and specified that I want a fully integrated appliance that will have a front panel identical to my cabinets. It WAS NOT! There is a way to remove the stainless steel front panel but the unit cannot be aligned with the base cabinets to create a streamline, as the front panel would be thicker.If you open it mid-cycle to add a bowl, make sure you restart the cycle, otherwise you'll end up with the dirty dishes.It is noiseless though - it's a fact.Bottom line -

Really happy with this purchase. It looks great but has subtle looks. A lot of new types of features inside which takes some getting used to but we like it. It's relatively quiet and cleans dishes very well. Ideally, you only have to buy a couple dishwashers in your lifetime and the blue/green light on the floor signify on/complete has to be one the greatest evolutions of their design.

Our dishwasher broke two days before having 30 people over for Christmas, and while we couldn™™t get a replacement until after the holiday, once this baby arrived - it was like Christmas all over again. We™™ve had it for 4 weeks now and it™™s been great. My dad is big on not clearing his dish completely and the dishwasher makes me not lose my mind and leaves them sparkling. The dishwasher is really beautiful and washes the dishes. My complaints are that the drawer slides on all three levels are really wonky as they come in and out. You have to push and pull exactly at the middle point and even then they are wobbly when moving. Also the large holes in the sides of the silverware caddy aren't positioned well - silverware always falls through the side as I'm loading.

Very disappointed in this model. I assumed that Electrolux was a high quality brand as I couldn't get the brand I had wanted to purchase. I have had this machine for about 5 months now and it just does not clean dishes well at all nor is it as water efficient as I had hoped because every load has to be run on "heavy". The bottom rack is annoying as it is constantly coming off the rack. I have read through the manual (which I had not had to do with my previous dishwashers) to try to see if there was something I was missing, but to no avail. If I could, I would purchase another one just not to have the consistent frustration. Maybe I can upgrade if I win the gift card :-)
