After 7 months, fridge stopped working except the inside light. Frigidaire scheduled repair with Unique Repair for 12/26/24. Unique Repair scheduled for 1-2/25 and now called saying not sure when they can come. Do NOT buy if repair company is Unique Repair!!!

Worked ok for 6 months. Then without warning it stopped working 4 days before Christmas causing PANIC. We followed troubleshooting steps including hard reset of turning off and unplugging for 10 mins, but the fridge was dead for 48 hours. Then it suddenly came on again. The service tech sent by Frigidaire on 12/23 called it an intermittent failure that he could not diagnose if fridge was working, totally useless! Our last fridge lasted 26 years without issues. UPDATE: Fridge failed again on Christmas Day and never came back on. Soonest (second) tech appt was 12/30. We can't live without our only fridge again for 5 days during the holidays + not know if service tech could/would fix on 12/30, and have no room to store 2 fridges. We needed to buy a new fridge and have this 6 mo. new one hauled away. Frigidaire CS would not help us with the expense of new fridge even though they save by not having to (try) fix the 6 month old fridge. Two loads of spoiled food + new fridge expense + waiting for tech appointments, CS calls/sessions during the holidays added up for a VERY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE!

The refrigerator itself is great, holds good temps without running all the time. The only thing I found about buying this frig was the booklet that came with it. The booklet wasn't real clear on everything that needed to be removed from the inside, pictures would help

Being limited to space we had few brands and models to choose from. We are so pleased we chose Frigidaire. The wide drawer holds so much that can be laid out to quickly find items and the top shelf being wide is the same. It truly holds all foods easy to see and reachable. The outside without actual handles is a dream to use. .

I bought this to replace an 80's fridge that came with the house when I bought it 20 years ago. (Also a Frigidaire) I was pleasantly surprised that even though it takes up slightly less space than the old one, it has a larger internal capacity. Now we don't have to worry about the motor starting a fire in the NM summer heat.

In less than a month, the refrigerator lost power. Freezer still works but not the refrigerator. I write this review on December 23, 2 days before Christmas Day. I was told by the warranty repair tech that it is a common problem with this model but he would have to order the part. If it is a common problem with this model. Wouldn™™t you keep the part in stock? Apparently not. I will clearly not have a working refrigerator on Christmas Eve ofChristmas Day.

27 years ago we bought our first 18.3 Cu Ft Frigidaire refrigerator. Sadly we had to say goodbye to it recently. That in itself sold me on buying another Frigidaire. This time we got the 20 Cu Ft. I love the bottom drawers that are humidity controlled for fruits/veggies. I wasn't sure about the long combination drawer for deli/cheese but now that I've used it, I like it more than I thought. The lighting is very bright and everything can be easily seen. The freezer has a nice glass shelf, a nice upgrade from the old wire shelf. I would recommend this fridge/freezer to anyone looking for a reasonably priced fridge. I hope this one last as long as my first one.

Refrigerator worked ok for 2 months (guess it is by design since I can't get help from credit card company after 2 months). First it froze items in the refrigerator and many items were spoiled. Then freezer stopped working with more food being useless.. Repair was 1 week later. Part was replaced. Failed again in two weeks. It is now two weeks after second failure and no repair is scheduled because part is unavailable. Called "customer service" and all they could do is tell me I am sorry sir, I understand but cannot solve your problem. The supervisor hung up on me. They also told me that when the refrigerator fails 3 times I can get it replaced IF their service tech agrees it should be. I now have been without this unit for three weeks and have only lost $166 of food (which is not covered by the warranty). Even worse I have no refrigerator. Quality is bad, warranty is poor, and customer service is the worst.

Pleased with our refrigerator, and this model with freezer top and refrigerator below fit our kitchen space dimensions. All the French Door models required one or two more inches in height than our built-in space allowed. Refrigerator is quiet. The optional ice maker we had installed works well, producing lots of ice.

The refrigerator appears to be fine, but I have had to set the thermostat to the warmest setting (just above off position) to prevent icing in the refrigerator compartment. Freezer appears to be slightly warm (about +5 degrees) at coldest setting. I am waiting for a service call, as this should not be the case for a 1 week old appliance.

When the refrigerator was turned on at the house it had a loud noise in it and a piece was missing off the icemaker. Two days later The repairman came.The repair man came out there.And he took super glue to fix the fan that was broken.And I am waiting for a new fan now and the piece for the ice maker..Great start.I hope this is just not a beginning for this refrigerator to have problems.Thanks for listening.

Very pleased with our refrigerator. It has plenty of room for our needs. So far performing as it should. I had problems trying to reverse the doors. The screw and pin on the bottom would not come out of the door stop. I ended up just leaving it the way it came.
